and BMI Biosolids
Management are each operational divisions of K-3 Resources, Inc. a
Texas Corporation based in Alvin, Texas. Although each company concentrates
on separate business, K-3
the oilfield and BMI
municipal biosolids, we have combined the names into
the operational name of K-3BMI.
Our equipment and personnel are functional in both the municipal and
oilfield market place.
 K-3BMI
municipal biosolids business consists of the full “cradle to
grave” management of biosolids. We have the capabilities to
transport both liquid and dewatered biosolids to one of our TCEQ permitted
lime stabilization facilities for treatment and beneficial land application
to farmland. We can take an entire wastewater treatment plant down,
divert the flow, clean the plant and have it ready to go online within
24 hours. Our compliance department assures our customers that their
biosolids are tested, treated, documented, and recorded to meet TCEQ
and EPA standards.
 K-3BMI
is a diversified oilfield service provider. We are committed to serving
both production and drilling operations. Our fleet of vacuum, winch,
dump, pump trucks, and GapVax are available 24 hours a day 7 days
a week through out our service areas. Frac tanks, mud tanks, rig tanks,
mud pumps, and mixing units are ready for rental to meet our customer’s
fluid storage and mixing needs. K-3BMI
fluid capabilities include fully capable clear fluids and drilling
mud manufacturing facilities. We service the South Texas area with
locations in Alice, Victoria, Bay City, Brookshire, Tomball, and Alvin.
